Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Indian and US accounting standards and have good communication

skills. This role requires expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and IGAAP, along with a CA Inter qualification. The candidate should be comfortable working overtime when necessary to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with Indian and US accounting standards.
• Handle AP & AR functions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IGAAP.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements.
• Work closely with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accuracy in general ledger accounting and financial record-keeping.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong expertise in Indian & US accounting principles.
• CA Inter qualification with a commerce background (mandatory).
• Proficiency in AP, AR, IGAAP, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Understanding of taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance frameworks will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
