Accountant Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain daily accounts and financial records.
• Handle Tally (mandatory proficiency required).
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and statement.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and expenditure forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and personnel information.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and school financial policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in an educational institution.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
