Job Summary:

Buy One Gram Pvt. Ltd., a trusted manufacturer of unpolished pulses and grains, is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to handle day-to-day financial and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be experienced with Tally and have a solid understanding of GST and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and receipts
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings
• Track accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in monthly and annual financial report preparation
• Support internal and statutory audits
• Manage petty cash, purchase records, and inventory entries
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups
• Use accounting software such as Tally (ERP 9 or Prime)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software
• Understanding of GST, TDS, P&L, and Balance Sheet
• Accuracy, time management, and strong organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in FMCG, trading, or manufacturing sector
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or ERP systems
• Knowledge of inventory & stock accounting
