Location: G-225, Wella Nutrologicals, Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Based on Skills & Performance Experience: min 6 months .(Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply) Job Summary: Buy One Gram Pvt. Ltd., a trusted manufacturer of unpolished pulses and grains, is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to handle day-to-day financial and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be experienced with Tally and have a solid understanding of GST and taxation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and receipts Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings Track accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations Assist in monthly and annual financial report preparation Support internal and statutory audits Manage petty cash, purchase records, and inventory entries Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups Use accounting software such as Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) Required Skills and Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent Working knowledge of Tally , MS Excel , and basic accounting software Understanding of GST, TDS, P&L, and Balance Sheet Accuracy, time management, and strong organizational skills Good written and verbal communication Preferred (Not Mandatory): Experience in FMCG, trading, or manufacturing sector Familiarity with Zoho Books or ERP systems Knowledge of inventory & stock accounting What We Offer: Salary based on skillset and performance Friendly and growth-oriented environment Long-term job stability Learning opportunities and performance bonuses (if applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
