Experience Required: 3-5 years in e-commerce accounting

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Online Accountant Specialist who knows their way around e-commerce finances like a pro. If you’ve handled accounts for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and preferably D2C brand operations — you’ll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records
• Handle reconciliation for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and website/D2C orders
• Track payouts, returns, RTO, claims, and settlement reports from marketplaces
• Maintain accurate books using accounting software (Zoho / Tally / QuickBooks etc.)
• Prepare GST working, filing data, invoicing, debit notes & credit notes
• Maintain inventory accounting, costing, and stock adjustments
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth workflow
• Monthly P&L, balance sheet & financial reporting
• Identify mismatches, leakages, and profitability improvement areas
• Assist in some order processing operations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce accounting (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra mandatory)
• Strong understanding of marketplace fee structures, deductions & settlements
• Experience with GST, TDS, and Indian compliance
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and strong problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience with D2C brand finances is a major plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
