Job Description

Responsibilities:

Record and manage day-to-day accounting entries (JVs, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Purchase, and Sales entries).
Reconcile payment settlements from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) with sales invoices.
Monitor and verify marketplace commission charges, shipping charges, returns, and other deductions.
Maintain accurate records of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare and analyze profit & loss statements for different platforms.
Track vendor payments, returns, and claims.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for accounting-related requirements.

Required Skills:

Accounting experience (E-commerce exposure preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP/Tally.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel.

Required Qualification: - BBA - Account/Finance
