Key Responsibilities: Maintain accounting records and entries in Tally. Assist in preparing TDS calculations, payments, and returns. Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and maintain ledgers. Use MS Excel to prepare reports, maintain data, and perform basic calculations. Draft letters, emails, and documentation using MS Word. Conduct internet research for vendors, rates, products, and company-related info. Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash handling. Support senior accountants and management in daily operations. Required Skills: Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Prime. Basic understanding of TDS rules and entries. Proficient in MS Excel (basic formulas, formatting) and Word. Comfortable with online tools and Google search. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Basic communication skills (written and verbal).
