Job Description

We’re Hiring: Accountant & Administrative Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accountant & Administrative Executive to join our growing team. This dual-role position involves managing core financial operations while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with management and auditors to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliation of bank and card accounts
  • Coordinate and support the completion of annual audits
  • Review and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Communicate financial results and insights to management
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Improve accounting systems and processes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation
  • Support HR and operational teams with recordkeeping and compliance
  • Manage vendor communications, procurement tracking, and petty cash
  • Schedule meetings, maintain office supplies, and coordinate logistics
  • Liaise with external partners, service providers, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and office administration
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
