We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our hospital. The ideal candidate should have 3+yrs of experience in hospital accounting, sound knowledge of Tally ERP and GST compliance, and the ability to handle all aspects of financial reporting, billing, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle hospital billing, receipts, payments, and petty cash management.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances on time.
Reconcile bank accounts, supplier/vendor ledgers, and patient accounts.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (pharmacy, front office) for financial data and reports.
Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and variance analysis.
Liaise with auditors and support during internal/external audits.
Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
