Job Title: Accountant (Gym / Fitness Center)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a smart, experienced, and trustworthy Accountant to manage the complete accounting and financial operations of our gym. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling day-to-day accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records (cash, bank, sales, expenses)
• Handle membership fees accounting, renewals, and refunds
• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements
• Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow
• Handle GST compliance (billing, returns, reconciliation)
• Maintain vendor payments, invoices, and expense control
• Salary processing for staff and attendance-based payroll
• Maintain proper books of accounts as per statutory requirements
• Coordinate with CA/Auditor for audits and filings
• Ensure financial discipline and cost control in gym operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Accountant (preferably in gyms, fitness centers, retail, or service industry)
• Strong knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software & MS Excel
• Working knowledge of GST and basic compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Honest, reliable, and professional attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in gym / fitness / service-based business
• Candidate residing in Delhi or nearby areas
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Looking for long-term association
