Job Title: Accountant (Gym / Fitness Center) Location: Delhi Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Based on skills & experience) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description We are looking for a smart, experienced, and trustworthy Accountant to manage the complete accounting and financial operations of our gym. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling day-to-day accounts independently . Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records (cash, bank, sales, expenses) Handle membership fees accounting , renewals, and refunds Prepare monthly profit & loss statements Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow Handle GST compliance (billing, returns, reconciliation) Maintain vendor payments, invoices, and expense control Salary processing for staff and attendance-based payroll Maintain proper books of accounts as per statutory requirements Coordinate with CA/Auditor for audits and filings Ensure financial discipline and cost control in gym operations Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Accountant (preferably in gyms, fitness centers, retail, or service industry) Strong knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software & MS Excel Working knowledge of GST and basic compliance Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Honest, reliable, and professional attitude Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in gym / fitness / service-based business Candidate residing in Delhi or nearby areas Good communication and coordination skills Looking for long-term association Why Join Us?
