Assisting in the day-to-day functioning of the Accounts office.
● Maintaining books of accounts in accounting software Tally Prime.
● Responsible for handling cash and processing cheques.
● Preparing and maintaining records of invoices.
● Recording of all transactions and responsible for the preparation of accounts payable, accounts
receivable and journal vouchers.
● Payroll processing, Petty Cash and e-payments of TDS, Provident Fund and Profession Tax.
● Tracking and maintaining records of Investments.
● Computation of Income Tax on Salary for the staff members.
● Reconciliation of bank statements by comparing with general ledgers.
● Writing emails, letters, answering phone lines and administration work.
● Liaising with the auditors for Statutory Audit.
● Organizing Monthly meetings and drafting, recording and circulating Agenda & Minutes.
● Preparing Monthly Expenditure Statements.
● Preparing Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement and other Schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
