Job Description: As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your role will involve supporting the financial health of the organization by monitoring transactions, reconciling accounts, and providing accurate financial information for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and statutory requirements. - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP/IFRS). - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy.
