Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Jammu. The Accountant will be responsible for a range of tasks including managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and analyzing financial data. Day-to-day tasks also include reconciling bank statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budget preparation. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial management, accounting, and budgeting
Strong skills in data analysis and financial reporting
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
