Job Description

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally or other accounting software.
Record and reconcile daily transactions, expenses, and revenues.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

2. GST & Taxation:

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
Ensure proper input tax credit reconciliation.
Assist in income tax and TDS compliance, including return filing.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for year-end audits and tax planning.

3. Audit & Compliance:

Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring all records are in order.
Maintain compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
Prepare financial reports required for audits and tax filings.

4. Cash Flow & Payment Management:

Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure financial stability.
Process staff salaries, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

5. Purchase & Vendor Management:

Handle procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and payments.
Maintain proper documentation of purchases, invoices, and stock records.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
GST: 1 year (Preferred)
