Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing financial records, GST filing, TDS, and day-to-day accounting using Tally and Busy software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP and Busy software
• Prepare and maintain general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Manage GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory compliance and returns
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and monthly/quarterly closing
• Monitor and reconcile cash and bank transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payments and receipts
• Support audits by providing required documentation and reports
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and other records
• Generate MIS reports as required by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred)
• 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role
• Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and Busy Accounting Software
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
