Job Description

Designation- Accountant Experience- 1 years + Language- Hindi / Kannada, Basic English Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime. Maintain and reconcile cash, bank, and ledger accounts. Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and journal entries. Assist in preparation of financial statements and monthly reports. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Support internal and external audits. Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate with dispatch teams for order processing and shipment. Maintain dispatch records and ensure timely delivery of materials. Handle transport documentation such as challans, e-way bills, and invoices. Office Administration: Manage office supplies, petty cash, and day-to-day maintenance. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff. Assist in maintaining office cleanliness, systems, and safety protocols.
