Job Description

EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED IN KOLKATA LOCATION SALARY : 40,000/- Job Details: 1.Enter Call-Up / Purchase Order (PO) data in Tally and Excel (Sales Order Entry) to support timely procurement decisions and accurate sales forecasting. 2.Prepare and issue Delivery Notes in Tally & Maintain Excel Data for the Same. 3.Create and maintain Stock Items in Tally to support Purchase, thereby Saving Cost. 4.Generate and verify Invoices in Tally; validate Memorandum of Payments (MOP) and Service Entry Sheets (SES); identify and check Liquidated Damages (LD) deductions to prevent inaccuracies, ensuring cost and time savings. 5.Finalize effective rates in accordance with the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Experience - 2 - 5 years Educational Qualification - B.Com Graduate Skills - Advanced Excel, Tally, Google sheets , usage of Chat Gpt Male / Female both can apply SEND RESUME : romaray142@gmail.com
