About Us

Labonel is a premium bakery brand known for high-quality products and exceptional customer experience. We are expanding our operations and looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journals).
• Handle complete accounting work, ensuring accuracy and timely posting of all transactions.
• Manage cash ledgers, daily cash book updates and cash statements.
• Verify, record and file vouchers (payment, receipt, journal, purchase, petty cash etc.).
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements and customer balances.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, PF/ESI and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with HR for salary inputs.
• Maintain proper documentation for expenses, store consumption and branch accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality of all financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance).
• 1–4 years of experience in Accounting / Finance.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and general accounting principles.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in F&B / Retail / Hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
