Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Assistant 📍 Location: Kundli Manufacturing Unit 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depends on experience) We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our Kundli unit. The candidate will support the Head Accountant in daily bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, and ensuring smooth handling of accounts-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update daily accounting records in Tally/Excel. Handle accounts payable and receivable entries. Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and petty cash. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation. Generate invoices, credit/debit notes, and coordinate with vendors/customers. Support monthly/quarterly closing and audits. Maintain filing and documentation of all accounting records. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in accounts/finance (preferably in a manufacturing unit). Good knowledge of Busy Software, ERP and MS Excel. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
