Job Title: Customer Care Representative Location: Rana Pratap Bagh Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Handle customer queries at the store and online (calls, WhatsApp, website chat, marketplaces). Assist customers with product information, availability, and order status. Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with store/warehouse team for order fulfillment. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve service. Requirements: Female candidates preferred. Strong communication skills in Hindi & English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp Business, email). Prior customer service/retail/e-commerce experience is a plus.
