📍 Location: Kundli, Haryana 🕒 Job Type: Full-time 💼 Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance 📅 Joining: Immediate preferred 📝 Job Summary: We are hiring a Senior Accountant to lead the financial operations of our grocery/FMCG business. The ideal candidate must be skilled in accounting, taxation, and reporting, and should be comfortable managing multi-location operations. This role also involves collecting financial reports from stores and making occasional visits to ensure accuracy and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate daily accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses, inventory) File and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances Prepare monthly/quarterly profit & loss reports, balance sheets, and tax summaries Oversee bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and receivables Monitor stock levels and inventory reports in coordination with stores Collect daily/weekly reports from all stores and verify their accuracy Visit stores occasionally for audits, stock checks, and operational alignment Coordinate with warehouse and production unit for input/output reconciliation Liaise with external auditor/CA for internal audits and final books Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / CA (preferred) Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Proficiency in Tally, Busy Billing software and modern accounting tools Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, inventory accounting, and compliance Prior experience in retail/FMCG accounting preferred Willingness to travel occasionally to store locations for on-ground reporting Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills Salary: Negotiable & based on experience To Apply: DO NOT CALL, only WhatsApp your resume at 9711653738.
