Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Account Specialist will manage daily account operations, interact with clients to provide responsive support and solutions, and maintain accurate financial records. Additional tasks include analyzing data to support decision making, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and expand customer accounts’
