What will you be doing-

• Oversees quality assurance specialists / analysts for Wealth and Retirement vertical of business who perform quality monitoring (QC/QA) for the Wealth and Retirement transactions to ensure completion of tasks and attainment of departmental goals.
• Monitors operations to ensure adherence to service level standards and company/department policies and procedures.
• Resolves issues and contributes to business unit/area development.
• Responsible for leading process improvement initiatives within the Wealth and Retirement work areas and driving significant process change within the organization.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to Wealth quality assurance representatives.
• May also consult/review with Wealth operations supervisors and team leads regarding quality monitoring trends, reports and recommendations.
• Leads and provides direction around department process improvement initiatives
• Strong communications skills
• Closely work with clients and provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
• Assess training needs through collaboration with department heads and stakeholders.
• Design training materials, modules, and resources that facilitate effective learning outcomes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends, training methodologies, and best practices to enhance training programs continually.
• Other related duties assigned as needed

What do you bring-

• Min 4 to 7 years experience of investment banking, Capital Market with functional expertise in Wealth business, Fund Accounting, Recon, Performance, Income, Fee Processing, Security Master & Pricing etc.
• Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, SWAPS, Equities, Futures etc.
• Knowledge of Reconciliation and reporting. Good to have knowledge on Trade Settlements lifecycle, corporate actions, and Accruals.
• Hands on experience around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage.
• Candidate should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework.
• Quality methodology certifications would be an added advantage.
• High school diploma or GED, Associate's or bachelor's or master's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience is preferable.
• Financial certification/ degrees like CFA, CA, CS etc. is preferrable.
