Job Description

You will be working as a Specialist in the Retirement BPaaS team at FIS, where you will be responsible for handling high-complexity research, reporting, and special processing of retirement plan activities. Your role will involve collaborating with a group of less tenured plan administration staff on recordkeeping activities as assigned. **Role Overview:** As a Specialist in the Retirement BPaaS team at FIS, your primary responsibility will be to handle high-complexity research, reporting, and special processing of retirement plan activities. Additionally, you will work closely with less tenured plan administration staff on recordkeeping activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support meeting Service Level Agreements for TAT, utilization, productivity & quality. - Maintain and analyze Management Information associated with all SLAs and circulate reports/dashboards as required. - Suggest and schedule shift rotation and leaves to meet capacity per shift effectively. - Ensure compliance with external and internal audit and confidentiality/regulatory requirements. - Review, research, and provide feedback on processing discrepancies/errors to prevent recurrence. - Participate in knowledge transition and process improvement activities. - Process certain tasks that require a higher level of experience and detail orientation. - Communicate and follow-up with clients via email. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-8 years of industry experience primarily in the US Retirement Domain. - Hands-on experience working in FIS OMNI & EXPAG application. - Strong understanding of concepts and terminology of the financial services industry, especially in Retirement (DB & DC). - Prior experience in leading a team of approximately 5 - 10 FTE. - Hands-on experience in handling Metrics, Volumes, and other SLAs. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). - Willingness to work in shifts. In addition, you should have a can-do attitude, the ability to work in a team environment, adapt to change, and possess moderate understanding of the OMNI and EXP AG applications. Previous experience in processing and familiarity with FIS OMNI applications would be advantageous.
