Account Services Associate Senior

As a Retirement BPaaS Specialist at FIS, you will be responsible for handling high complexity research, reporting, and special processing of retirement plan activities, including plan changes and modifications. You will work closely with a group of less tenured plan administration staff on recordkeeping activities as assigned. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting meeting Service Level Agreements for TAT, utilization, productivity & quality. - Maintaining and analyzing Management Information associated with all SLAs and circulating reports/dashboards as required. - Effectively suggesting and scheduling shift rotation and leaves to meet capacity per shift. - Ensuring compliance with external and internal audit and confidentiality/regulatory requirements. - Reviewing, researching, and providing feedback on processing discrepancies/errors to prevent recurrence. - Participating in knowledge transition and process improvement through building strong partnerships with the US-based team. - Analyzing existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for cost/quality/process improvements. - Processing certain tasks (as per SLAs) that require a higher level of experience and detail orientation due to the complexity, risks, and customer interaction associated with such tasks. - Participating in testing per business requirements and submitting detailed and concise test results. - Communicating and following up with clients via email. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of industry experience primarily in the US Retirement Domain. - Hands-on experience of working in FIS OMNI & EXPAG application. - Strong understanding of concepts and terminology of the financial services industry, especially in Retirement (DB & DC). - Prior experience in leading a team of approximately 5 - 10 FTE is essential. - Well-versed with MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). - A can-do attitude, ability to work in a team environment, and willingness to work in shifts.
