1. Team Management and Leadership Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 4 Account Enrichment Specialists. Track team KPIs including accounts enriched, personas identified, and data accuracy. Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career growth sessions. 2. Process Development and Optimization Design and implement standardized research and enrichment processes. Define and monitor SLAs for account delivery. Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to fine-tune account targeting criteria. 3. Data Quality Assurance Ensure all data entered into CRM meets high quality and accuracy standards. Perform regular spot checks and audits for data hygiene. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with SDR managers, SDRs, and Marketing to align on research goals. Share enriched account reports and outreach-ready data with stakeholders. 5. Strategic Initiatives Recommend and implement tools and platforms to scale account enrichment. Introduce new research techniques and partnerships to enhance productivity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data enrichment, sales or market research roles. 2+ years of people management experience, ideally in SaaS/B2B. Strong knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc. Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Skills Experience with ABM platforms (6Sense, Demandbase). Exposure to supporting SDR or ABM programs. Familiar with sales enablement or automation tools. Proven success in driving process improvements and outcomes.
