💼 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller. As part of our RCM team, the AR Caller will be responsible for contacting US-based insurance companies to follow up on medical claims, resolve denials, and secure timely payments. The role demands effective communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and a commitment to meeting performance targets. This is a night shift role aligned with US working hours.

🎓 Qualifications

• Any bachelor’s degree

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (US accent preferred)
• Ability to analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and insurance denials
• Good understanding of the US healthcare system and medical billing process (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with AR Calling / Denial Management / Claim Follow-up
• Familiarity with RCM tools and software is an added advantage
• Knowledge of CPT / ICD-10 codes and US healthcare compliance policies
