Job Description

As a Accounting Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. You will oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations such as tax laws, IFRS/GAAP. Your role will involve monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce financial reports and statements. You will establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles within the organization. In addition, you will coordinate and complete annual audits and liaise with external auditors. As part of your duties, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. You will also be expected to improve systems and procedures, as well as initiate corrective actions when necessary. Providing financial analysis to support decision-making and strategy development will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk. This position is a Full-time, Permanent role with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the Day shift and the work location is in person.
