Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Gandhinagar, Balanagar Telangana, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, overseeing e-waste collection logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring account performance, addressing client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery and achieve business goals.send your cv along with salary expectations.

QualificationsSenior Accountant with atleast 5 years experience.

• Client relationship management skills, including handling customer inquiries and maintaining client satisfaction
• Experience with e-waste management and logistics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Telangana, India
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Relevant qualifications in business management, environmental science, or related fields
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
