As an Account Executive at our company, your responsibilities will include interacting with clients, writing D-Briefs, developing strategies for brands and creatives, as well as presenting and selling creative solutions. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in B. Sc. or B. Pharm, along with a good understanding of the advertising industry. BMM graduates with substantial advertising experience are also encouraged to apply. In the position of Account Manager, you will be responsible for client interactions, preparing D-Briefs, devising strategies for brands and creatives, and showcasing and selling creative concepts. Similar to the Account Executive role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in B. Sc. or B. Pharm, with a strong inclination towards the advertising field. BMM graduates with significant advertising experience are suitable for this position. Proficiency in MS Office tools is a must, with additional software skills being advantageous. The preferred candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a related position. As an Account Director, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, including leadership, account managers, creative directors, and art directors. Your responsibilities will involve contributing at a senior level to brand plans, client presentations, and new business opportunities. You will lead the account management and creative teams, facilitate communication and negotiations between the agency and clients, and coordinate meetings. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduation degree, preferably in Mass Media, Communication, Pharma, or a related field, along with 8 to 10 years of experience managing healthcare clients and teams. Strong communication, team management, multitasking, leadership, and strategic thinking skills are essential attributes for this position.
