About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a solid background in US Staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing client relationships, leading recruitment teams, coordinating RFP/RFI responses, and driving staffing proposals. This role requires strong knowledge of India and USA immigration processes and the ability to manage the staffing cycle independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact between RFP clients and the staffing/recruitment team.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the staffing team to ensure timely delivery of recruitment needs.
  • Facilitate and respond to RFIs/RFPs from clients and convert them into proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve long-term business growth.
  • Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment processes, ensuring quality submissions and timely placements.
  • Possess strong knowledge of India and USA immigration processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, L1, Green Card, etc.) to handle compliance and visa-related requirements.
  • Independently manage escalations, negotiations, and staffing requirements.
  • Achieve set targets and maintain high client satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in US Staffing and Account Management.
  • Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment lifecycle and staffing industry practices.
  • Experience in handling RFPs/RFIs and converting them into successful proposals.
  • Prior experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
  • Strong understanding of India and USA immigration processes (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Strong networking and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand client base

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹52,018.39 per month
