Job Description

About the Role:

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
Understand client business needs and propose relevant solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources for smooth execution.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports and presentations.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Handle client issues or escalations promptly and professionally.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention while maintaining revenue targets.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve account goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Analytical skills to understand client needs and market trends.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in IT, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or Service-based companies.
Knowledge of the Hyderabad IT corridor and local business ecosystem.
Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced work environments.
