Job Description

Account Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement

    : Deliver on assigned targets for

    Data, Voice, and Fixed Line

    installations.
  • New Business Development

    : Acquire new accounts (

    hunting

    ) for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services. Cross-sell and upsell multiple product lines to both new and existing customers.
  • Funnel Management

    : Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel for all three lines of business, ensuring they reach designated maturity levels.
  • Market Intelligence

    : Stay aware of competitor plans, collect insights for market intelligence, and monitor competitor offerings to plan effective sales interventions.
  • Client Relationships

    : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Negotiate and close orders/contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Delivery & Support

    : Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions as per client needs.
  • Field Work

    : Be comfortable with field work as part of the daily role.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in

    B2B sales

    (6 months for female candidates).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to new business development and cross-selling.
  • Ability to gather and use market intelligence.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Any graduate degree.
