As India's first online platform dedicated to the Indian Television and Media industry, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth through sales and partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams at Indiantelevision.com. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution. - **Sales and Revenue Generation:** - Identify and pursue new advertising and partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients. - Pitch a range of online advertising solutions including banner ads, sponsored content, and other digital formats tailored to client needs. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the media and digital advertising industry. - **Sales Operations and Reporting:** - Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure progress toward targets. - Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, contracts, and sales reports. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Collaborate with editorial and content teams to align advertising opportunities with website traffic insights and audience demographics. **Qualifications Required:** - **Experience:** 8-12 years of proven experience in client management, sales, or business development. - **Relationship Management:** Strong ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - **Sales Expertise:** Demonstrated success in developing online sales strategies and delivering customized marketing solutions. - **Negotiation Skills:** Proven proficiency in negotiation and contract management with a strong track record of closing high-value deals. - **Communication & Presentation:** Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. - **Industry Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of the Media, Advertising, Marketing, and Television industry is highly preferred. - **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage. - **Technical Proficiency:** Hands-on experience using CRM tools for managing client interactions, pipelines, and reporting. - **Target Achievement:** Goal-driven professional with consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets. - **Digital Understanding:** Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, online advertising formats, and emerging digital trends. *Location:* Goregaon West, Mumbai *Work Mode:* Onsite *Working Days:* Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Off),
