Job Title:

Role Overview -

The Accounts Executive – Payable / Taxation Executive is responsible for managing day-today accounts payable activities, ensuring compliance with statutory taxation requirements, and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting. The role focuses on maintaining timely vendor payments, GST/TDS compliance, and assisting in audits while ensuring adherence to company policies and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities -

Process vendor invoices, employee claims, and payments within defined timelines.
Ensure accurate deduction and timely deposit of GST, TDS, and other statutory payments.
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns and TDS returns.
Maintain vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively.
Assist in statutory and internal audits with proper documentation.
Support monthly closing activities by providing accounts payable and taxation data.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams for financial queries and requirements.
