Position: Account Manager – Sales
Locations: Faridabad / Mumbai / Chennai / Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 1–3 years (B2B Sales – Field Sales)
Salary Range: Up to ₹3 LPA
Working Days: 5.5 days/week (First 2 Saturdays and all Sundays off)

Role Description:

We are looking for a Key Sales Specialist / Account Manager – Sales to join our team. This is a full-time, on-field sales role involving client meetings and presentations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing B2B leads, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and manage new B2B leads
• Acquire new clients and maintain long-term business relationships
• Conduct client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales data and follow-ups using CRM tools

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (B2B sales preferred)
• Strong lead generation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Smart and proactive approach to identifying challenges and converting leads
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop

Additional Notes:

• This is a field sales role requiring regular client visits
• Only male candidates are preferred for this role as of now

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
