Job Description

As an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in Residential Leasing based in Mumbai reporting to the Associate Director, you will be expected to possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in professional services firms. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is preferred for this role. Your communication skills must be strong, both written and verbal, enabling you to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. You should also have the ability to present information effectively. Additionally, basic financial knowledge is required, including an understanding of financial terms and principles, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your primary responsibilities will include generating potential leads for business development and revenue generation, building relationships with corporates, embassies, service apartment operators, and HNIs, as well as interacting with clients to market projects and establish connections. You will coordinate with clients to facilitate the lease of residential properties and network for residential lease transactions, other business lines, and annuity businesses to generate leads. Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between landlords and tenants, you will oversee property rentals and settlement details, ensuring smooth transactions. Conducting analysis of property rentals and comparing recently leased properties to determine competitive market prices will be part of your tasks. Engaging in site surveys and utilizing online web portals for listing services to generate leads is also essential. You will be responsible for managing clients from enquiry to closure, including advising developers and creating marketing collaterals such as mailers, brochures, mock-ups, and other digital or print media content for the leasing of developer assets. Preparation of lease agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements, Fee agreements, and other relevant documents, ensuring proper completion of paperwork, will fall under your purview. Furthermore, managing transactions, documentations, and MIS, along with maintaining trackers and reports on leads, client visits, closures, and other necessary information, will be integral to your role.,
