We are currently seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager, Record to Report. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a strong subject matter expertise in accounting concepts and have prior experience in leading a team of 10-15 individuals. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end accounting processes and reconciliations. **Responsibilities:** - Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders - Ensure smooth month-end close and reporting activities - Uphold adherence to important metrics and SLAs, and oversee timely execution of controls - Drive audit results and ensure timely submission of required evidences - Cultivate customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead process update calls with clients as needed **Qualifications:** **Minimum qualifications:** - MBA in Finance (Candidates with a B.Com degree are also eligible) - Relevant work experience **Preferred qualifications:** - Candidates with a CA Inter degree and relevant experience in General Ledger - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel - Exposure to working with different ERP packages such as JDE & SAP Join us as an Assistant Manager and be part of our dynamic team in India, based in Hyderabad.
