Project/Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects in parallel across global locations.
  
• Drive successful end-to-end software product delivery with a strong focus on timelines, quality, and cost.
  
• Ensure adherence to Agile project methodologies and delivery processes.
  
• Manage project cost, planning, execution, tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
  
• Work closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality stakeholder management.
  
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, with experience in Oracle or Java preferred.
  
• Ensure effective people management, mentoring, and team motivation.
  
• Handle client interactions and escalations effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure proactive risk identification, issue resolution, and commitment towards delivery deadlines.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 to 13 years of experience in software project/product delivery.
  
• Strong experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Prior track record of successful project deliveries.
  
• Experience in Oracle or Java; hands-on coding experience preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
  
• Proven client handling experience with global stakeholders.
  
• Excellent delivery process knowledge tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
  
• Strong people management, leadership, and team-handling skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
  
• Proactive, accountable, and committed to meeting project deadlines.
  
• Insurance domain experience will be an added advantage.
