Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Pune. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining positive client relationships, handling client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include developing account strategies, coordinating with internal departments to meet client needs, conducting regular account reviews, and identifying opportunities for account growth and new business. The Account Manager will also handle any issues or escalations promptly and effectively.
