Our goal is to deliver quality accommodations that ensure comfort and convenience for all residents. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Pune. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining positive client relationships, handling client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include developing account strategies, coordinating with internal departments to meet client needs, conducting regular account reviews, and identifying opportunities for account growth and new business. The Account Manager will also handle any issues or escalations promptly and effectively. Qualifications Strong client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in developing and executing account strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus.
