Role Overview

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and project follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and identify new opportunities to expand service usage within accounts.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute account growth strategies.
  • Track client satisfaction, project performance, and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and project data in internal systems (CRM/KEKA).
  • Support in preparing business review materials, quarterly business reviews performance reports, in person client meetings and growth presentations.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure high standards of client experience and retention.

Qualifications

  • Mater's degree in Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development (preferably in an Expert Network, Consulting, or Market Research firm).
  • Strong understanding of B2B client engagement and relationship management.
