Key Responsibilities : \u25CF Client Satisfaction and Retention: Foster strong client relationships and ensure client retention through proactive account management and effective relationship building. \u25CF Project Management: Oversee projects to ensure successful execution and outcomes, while maintaining high standards of timeliness and quality. \u25CF Process Management: Ensure the team complies with all project lifecycle requirements and align team members to a common goal by providing clear briefs and fostering active involvement in the project. \u25CF Team Management: Lead the team in executing projects efficiently and without errors, providing support to ensure smooth operations. \u25CF Project Planning, Strategy and roadmap: Develop, strategize, and implement plans to ensure the successful delivery of client projects, achieving all established goals and KPIs. \u25CF Client\u2019s Expectation Clarity: Maintain regular communication with clients from project onboarding to closure, setting and managing delivery and performance expectations. \u25CF Account Growth and Upscaling: Devise and execute strategies to expand existing accounts and boost revenue. Requirements Experience : \u25CF 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency, with a minimum of 1 year in mentoring and leadership roles. Skills : \u25CF Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools. \u25CF Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, with excellent conflict resolution and decision-making skills. \u25CF Exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring client retention. \u25CF Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation, and achieve business objectives. \u25CF Strong data analysis, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail. \u25CF Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills Additional Qualities \u25CF Quickly adjust to changing needs and take initiative to address issues. \u25CF Effectively manage relationships and excel in cross-functional teams. \u25CF Think innovatively to ensure high-quality, precise deliverables. \u25CF Take ownership and inspire the team towards achieving strategic goals. \u25CF Foster strong interpersonal relationships and promote effective teamwork.
