Role Overview: As an experienced Account Manager at LambdaTest, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain long-term client relationships. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, foster new business opportunities, and drive growth through strong customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits. - Ensure timely delivery of solutions and meet client objectives. - Track account performance, identify growth opportunities, and meet sales targets. - Collaborate with sales to uncover new opportunities. - Handle client requests and resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role. - B.Tech in C.S, I.T, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel). - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver customer-focused solutions.,
