Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Account Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts. With a proven track record in account management, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client needs, the ability to manage complex relationships, and the expertise to drive growth through strategic account planning and execution. This role requires someone with a client-first mindset, who excels at managing client expectations, optimizing service delivery, and identifying opportunities to drive additional value. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Leadership : Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with senior-level client stakeholders. Serve as the trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions that align with client business goals. Account Strategy and Growth : Develop comprehensive account strategies to drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction. Leverage account insights to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings. Project and Campaign Oversight : Manage multiple high-value client projects simultaneously. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, technical, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and services. Revenue and Profitability Management : Ensure account profitability and deliver results against key performance indicators (KPIs). Effectively manage budgets and resources, optimizing spend while maintaining quality service delivery. Issue Resolution and Escalation : Take ownership of complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Address and mitigate potential risks to client relationships by providing proactive solutions. Client Reporting and Insights : Provide regular performance reports, analysis, and recommendations to clients. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize account outcomes and demonstrate ROI. Team Mentorship and Leadership : Mentor and guide junior account managers or support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Contract Negotiation and Renewals : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with both client needs and company objectives. Oversee renewals and ensure continued client satisfaction. Client Retention and Loyalty : Develop and implement strategies for client retention, working to ensure long-term partnerships and minimizing churn. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in account management, with a strong track record of managing complex client relationships. Extensive experience working with C-suite or senior-level client stakeholders. Strong background in strategic account growth , identifying business opportunities, and managing budgets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making. High level of proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.). Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to account management and reporting.
