Summary of Job :As a recruiter, your analytical skills, enthusiastic attitude and process oriented execution will help us serve our stakeholders efficiently and effectively. You will be a part of the Corporate Team and work on streamlining and setting up new processes, hiring new teams, devising various strategies for HR related MIS/reports, maintain and managing personnel files, reference checks, and so on. The incumbent must have hands on experience with various level of hiring (Leadership/Senior/Middle), should be able to manage multiple positions simultaneously and close them within specified TAT. Should be familiar with bulk hiring. Should have expertise in end to end recruitment cycle.Role & responsibilities Hiring & Selection Process:Designing the brief KRAs / JDs after understanding the position from the Reporting Manager / Concerned personnelPosting the job on Naukri / other portals and using Social Media like LinkedIn to look for more options and enhancing professional networkHead huntingScreening & short-listing profiles and share with the Reporting Manager / Concerned Personnel and have timely discussion with them to improvise the search criteria / or to organise the interviews in consultation with the Reporting ManagerBe involved with all levels of hiring and manage the Talent & Acquisition process for having the best suitable talent in the organizationMaintaining and timely update of Personnel File and keeping an internal check / reviewHR MIS preparation & implementation in consultation with Reporting Manager Assist the Reporting Manager in day to day activities /HR operationsReference Check:Conducting reference check of short-listed candidates both telephonically and writtenCompile & collect the appropriate responses and share with Reporting Manager Skills and Competencies Required:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Skills - Advanced MS Excel and Power pointCompetencies Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage operations.Preferred candidate profile Relevant professional qualifications 3 - 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
