Account Manager

Role Overview:

As a Client Servicing Account Manager, you will manage day-to-day client relationships, ensure the successful execution of projects, and serve as the bridge between the client and internal teams. This role requires being proactive, a keen understanding of client needs, and the ability to oversee project timelines and budgets and contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand client accounts.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. 25 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management in a marketing, digital, or communication agency environment.
2. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or Business is preferred.
3. Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships with a solutions-oriented approach.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly and confidently in presentations and discussions.
