Role Overview

As our Account Manager, you’ll own client relationships end-to-end—understand hiring needs, guide staffing processes, and ensure exceptional outcomes. Your role builds growth and trust from day one


What You'll Do


  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for domestic staffing clients—understand requirements, foster trust, and drive retention
  • Partner with recruiters to

    source, screen, interview & onboard

    skilled domestic staff
  • Manage client accounts: renewals, upsells, and strategic growth opportunities
  • Maintain

    account data, metrics, and report

    regularly to stakeholders
  • Handle escalations swiftly to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction


What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • 3–8 years

    in domestic staffing, recruitment, or account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and account‑growth skills
  • Familiarity with ATS tools
