Account Manager (Domestic Recruitment Staffing)

Job Summary:

Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Have Good understanding of Contract Staffing /Contract Recruitement
• Have good relation in managing

  Cognizant/Infosys/IBM Kyndry account

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
• Understand client business objectives and ensure solutions align with their needs.
• Manage client onboarding, regular reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Handle client issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, support, etc.) to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Monitor client satisfaction and engagement through KPIs and feedback.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status, progress, and future plans.
• Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings to advise clients effectively.
