Account Manager – Digital Media Strategy & Insights

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Blis teams to understand client briefs and build media strategies that address key business challenges

• Conduct desktop research and market analysis to support strategic planning

• Present audience segmentation and campaign planning insights in a compelling and client-friendly format

• Translate data and analytics into clear, actionable insights that inform media planning and campaign decision-making

• Lead full-service projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness at each stage

• Contribute to the development of media attribution and footfall attribution strategies using relevant tools and methodologies

• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication

• Collaborate with media planning, operations, and analytics teams to align strategy with execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital media strategy, digital analytics, or research – preferably within a media agency, media tech, or research environment

• Strong understanding of digital media landscape, including mobile, programmatic, and location-based advertising

• Proficiency in audience segmentation, quantitative research methodologies, media attribution, and campaign reporting

• Ability to cut through data to deliver clear implications and data-driven recommendations

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with strong business English fluency

• Confident presenting to stakeholders at all levels and managing strategic relationships

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
